Card Petal Punch - Frankenstein Box.

Hi all,

Have recently been playing with my Petal Card Extra-Large Double Punch as seen on P.104 which completes two full processes in one punch. It punches once to create the inside score lines and again to cut the outside lines. Because both processes happen simultaneously, you only have to press the punch once and you get double the results!

Not only does it co-ordinate with the Level 2 Hostess stamp set, Cute By The Inch, but there are many great projects using this versatile punch. I decided to follow a tutorial and made a Frankenstein Box. I'm really pleased with it and can't wait to make more of his little friends :) It's perfect for holding a Drumstick inside too so a winner with the kids big and small.

Frankenstein Card Petal Punch Box

Cardstock: Old Olive and Basic Black (Textured).

Box Size:

Here's what the shape of the punch looks like on P.104 of the Idea Book & Catalogue:

My Sweet Pea Thank You Card

Hi all,

Really enjoying playing with my new stamp set, "My Sweet Pea" from the Mini Catalogue and have decided to use more colours out of my comfort zone to create a bright colourful card! lol. Isn't it typical, once you know you're not going to be able to buy certain colours again, you start to use them more? After 31 September, most of the colours I've used on this card will be retired, with the exception of Tempting Turquoise :)

Here's the card using My Sweet Pea

Stamps: My Sweet Pea, Oval All (sentiment).
Cardstock:
Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore, Pink Passion, Only Orange, Pixie Pink and Whisper White.
Inkpad:
Green Galore, Pink Passion, Only Orange. Versamark Stamp Pad.
