Happy Birthday Ruby

Hi all,

Hope you're getting prepared for Christmas :)  It's certainly festive around here.  The tree has been up and decorated since Sunday 30 November and the candles are there in the hearth (not lit) whilst Riley is around.

Anyway, it was Riley's friend's birthday at the weekend, so what better way than to surprise her with a card and a present :)

Hopefully her card will be admired and appreciated more by her parents ;)  and the presents go down a treat :)  Riley and Ruby sat in the lounge munching on a pork strip each!  I think they were in doggy heaven...

Happy Birthday Alfie

Hi there,

Thought I'd share a birthday card that I made for my godson recently who is celebrating his 6th birthday today!

He's football mad and apparently he's into Brazil at the moment, so what would be more fitting than a little footie player in the Brazilian kit.  (Hopefully I've done him justice).

Here's the card I made below from various Stampin' Up! products current and retired along with a few other bits:

Hope you're keeping well.  Enjoy the weekend... off to a Wedding today, so be back another time with the card :)

Hi all,

Recently been asked to make a 40th birthday card for someone who likes sailing, not too feminine and the colour lime green! At first, I didn't think I had any appropriate stamps, let alone be able to make this card! After a little searching for inspiration online, I realised I had a boat stamp after all from one of my many Stampin' Up! stamp sets - lol. Here's the card I created using a much neglected stamp set of mine called Life's A Breeze.

Cardstock: Gable Green, Old Olive, Bashful Blue, Real Red and Whisper White.
Inkpad:
Bashful Blue, Gable Green and Brocade Blue.
Accessories: 1-3/4" Circle Punch, 1-1/4" Circle Punch, 1" Circle Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch, 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon - Brocade Blue, Linen Thread, Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, Bone Folder and Dimensionals.
Card Size:
A5.

Hope you like this card. Thanks for stopping by.

Bye for now,
