Simply Said - Workshop.

Hi all,

Held a workshop recently for some lovely ladies and decided to play and showcase a favourite stamp set of mine called "Simply Said" which I think has many possibilities with the numerous images and sentiment stamps in the set of 11 stamps. I love this stamp set, but haven't managed to make much with it recently, as my go-to-stamps right now seem to be "Vintage Vogue" or "Greenhouse Garden"! lol. So, a perfect opportunity to make a few cards with this set to show it's versatility to the ladies.

The ladies all watched me demo a card using various stamps from the Simply Said stamp set along with En Francais Background Stamp and Oval All and matching punches. (This card was CASEd by Helen a fellow SU Demo). The completed card that I demoed made part of the Hostess gift for welcoming me to their club again. Here's the card I made below:

Simply Said

Stamps: Simply Said, Oval All and En Francais Background Stamp.
Cardstock: Bashful Blue, Basic Gray and Whisper White. Patterns Designer Series Paper - Bashful Blue.
Inkpad:
Bashful Blue and Basic Gray.
Accessories: Stampin' Write Marker - Bashful Blue, Taffeta Ribbon - Basic Gray, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Bone Folder and Dimensionals.
Card Size:
A6

Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.

Pop back tomorrow and I'll show case the Make & Take that the ladies made.

Until next time...

Alex
