Good afternoon all,
Well at last it's the weekend, where I can push my red pens and school books aside and get out my crafting goodies instead :)
Today, I'm going to spend the whole day crafting. I made lots of Christmas cards between October and December. Then for Christmas, I received a fair bit of Stampin' Up! goodies from Santa, but haven't really had much time to play with them all! Here they all are below:
I got lots of SU textured cardstock in all colour families, a few different Christmas stamp sets, Christmas stamp wheels, scissors, dazzling diamonds glitter, stamp-a-ma-jig, write journaler, tag, round tab and scallop edge border punches.
I've been itching to break open the clamshell stamp set cases and ink up the stamp sets. I made a few Thank You cards - see below, the day after Boxing Day.

Stamps:-
A Little Bit of Happiness (Hostess Level 1 Set) - P.9. This stamp set is not available to buy from the Stampin' Up! catalogue, but is available to choose from if you spend £150 in one transaction/total. This stamp set comprises of four stamps - friend, hello, love and thank you.
Riverting - not available in the UK catalogue yet. This is a Retired Set from the US Catalogue. Perhaps it will appear in the UK catalogue due out later this year.
SU Scallop Edge Border Punch - P.86.
Here's another card I made using the same stamp set and some Bo Bunny decorative papers:
I've also recently experimented (from a post on another crafting site) and made a pop up card to hold a gift card - a popular choice for Christmas presents!
Here is the front of the card. I haven't taken a photo of the inside, but when you open up the card, there is a flap that holds the gift card. I will be making more of these for people's birthdays or for Christmas. Just change the stamp set at the front and the colours and you can make a pop up card for any occasion and for anyone.
